May 2026 - Mental Health Awareness Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, when we turn more intentionally to the practices and resources that help us care for our mental health. For many of us, this includes music.
Music can offer an outlet for our emotions, it can shift our mood, help us release what we’re holding onto, and create a sense of feeling seen, knowing we aren’t alone in how we feel.
We’re inviting our community to share one song that has helped you through a difficult time, brought you peace, or reminded you that you’re not alone.
Throughout the month, these submissions will come together in a public Music for Mental Health playlist, bringing people together through shared listening.
