Christopher earned his MBA in Health care Management in 2010 and has since built a career focused on improving financial performance and organizational growth. He has led and supported teams at Molina Health care, Sober Living by the Sea, and All Points North Lodge—where he developed processes, implemented performance metrics, and aligned financial operations with strategic goals. His expertise spans start-ups, turnarounds, revenue enhancement, and navigating diverse funding sources, including government and private payors.

Connection to the mission

Christopher is deeply committed to increasing access to compassionate care in communities where discrimination, injustice, and inequity have historically created barriers. He is especially passionate about helping expand Didi Hirsch’s reach in underserved communities impacted by mental illness, substance use, and suicide.

As Chief Financial Officer, Christopher oversees all financial operations at Didi Hirsch, ensuring fiscal responsibility while supporting the growth and sustainability of the organization’s wide-reaching programs. His work includes managing funds from a range of sources, including local and state governments, grants, and health care payors. His collaborative leadership style helps align financial strategy with clinical and community impact.

Outside of work, he’s passionate about football—coaching youth, high school, and college teams—and mentoring fellow coaches.
