Career highlights

Danielle began her fundraising career after completing a year of service as an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer with Colette’s Children’s Home, a transitional housing shelter for unhoused women and children. She was soon hired to lead the organization’s fundraising and volunteer programs. She went on to spend a decade at Enterprise Community Partners, a national nonprofit focused on affordable housing, where she held several fundraising leadership roles—including Senior Director of Development, managing half of the national development team. Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication Studies from California State University, Fullerton, where she graduated cum laude.

Connection to the mission

Danielle’s passion for fundraising is rooted in her belief that access to resources can transform lives and dismantle systems of inequity. From her earliest volunteer experience, she has remained committed to advancing equity and alleviating suffering by connecting people and institutions to causes that matter.
