This short-term program helps adults address new or mild mental health concerns early — before they become more challenging — and build lifelong skills for resilience and well-being.
Is PEI right for you?

- You’re dealing with a new, mild mental health concern
- You’ve experienced a recent stressor or life change
- You’ve never had treatment before, or you’ve had treatment for a different issue

- Medication Support – When appropriate, our psychiatry team offers medication evaluation and guidance to support your treatment goals

- Adults age 18 and older
- Individuals who are uninsured or have Medi-Cal
