A supportive space for your grief

Survivors After Suicide (SAS) is a support group for adults who have lost someone to suicide.

Grieving a suicide loss can feel different — heavier, more isolating, and harder to talk about. SAS is a place to be with others who understand.

Through shared stories, healing activities, and compassionate support, group members learn ways to cope with grief and honor their loved one’s memory.

The group is co-led by a licensed clinician and a peer who has also experienced a suicide loss. Together, they create a space for connection, understanding, and healing.

Whether your loss happened recently or years ago, you’re welcome here.

What to expect

Groups meet weekly for eight weeks, facilitated by a licensed clinician and a peer who has also experienced loss. Sessions provide education on grief, coping skills, and resources for ongoing support, while creating space for survivors to honor their loved ones.
