  • Substance Use Outpatient

Outpatient therapy is an excellent tool to learn how to manage feelings and issues around mental health and substance use issues. Our therapists use a variety of treatment styles and evidence-based practices to help individuals and families see their own solutions to problems by addressing behaviors, thoughts, and feelings with goal-oriented strategies.

To get help for you or someone you care about, call Intake at (888) 807-7250.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Adult

We provide outpatient treatment and psychiatric medication management to adults with mental illness. Adults can receive individual and group counseling as well as employment help in our program. We connect clients to community resources for housing, medical help, insurance benefits and in-home support services.

Teens and Young Adults

We have special mental health services for Transition Age Youth (teens and young adults ages 16-25) to help bridge the unique clinical and developmental needs of this age group. The programs aim to help teens and young adults embark on a positive life path into adulthood – toward the goals of personal stability, housing, employment, education and positive family/social relationships.

When I hit my lowest point, Didi Hirsch was my lifeline.

Carlos
Struggles with depression

It took a long time for me to realize that I needed help. But when I did, Didi Hirsch was there. My therapist and care coordinator took an interest in me as a human being and did everything they could to make sure I'm living a life that makes me happy. Thanks to them, I am.

Kathy
Client

Going there was the best thing I could have done. They teach so many tools to use when the craving comes up and what to do when the depression comes back.
