Client Engagement and Navigation Services provides an in-person assessment to assist adults with obtaining Substance Use services in Los Angeles County. Caring staff will guide the adult to the most appropriate level of care based on their needs, including residential services, outpatient services, detox, and intensive outpatient services.
Using a community partnership approach, the adult will be connected to an available service. Co-located in various community partner agencies and county locations in West Los Angeles, the staff will screen for substance use services, refer to domestic violence and mental health services, and apply for benefits, such as MediCal and CalFresh.
