The Capistrano Dispatch / April 29, 2020
People can feel anxious and distressed during the global shutdown, which has led to increased calls to the National Disaster Distress Helpline.
Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, a nonprofit mental health organization with locations in Southern California, handles calls for the Disaster Distress Helpline and the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline phone number is 1.800.273.8255, and the National Disaster Distress Helpline phone number is 1.800.985.5990.
