Univision reporter, Julio Ortiz, speaks with residents of our Via Avanta program. The program, located in the San Fernando Valley, allows women and mothers in recovery from substance use and addiction to receive treatment without being separated from their children. Residents emphasize the peace and hope they feel while recovering with their babies by their side.
