Andy Yu Riemer is a Principal at SidePorch – an organization that works across industries to take on the biggest challenges facing people and planet from world-changing startups to universities to Fortune 50 companies, from public-private partnerships to non-profit groups. Throughout his career, Andy has supported, developed, and scaled the impact of individuals and organizations through the principles of equity and inclusion. As an independent consultant, Andy worked for various non-profits, foundations, and corporations to measure impact, develop purpose-driven strategy, translate research to applied work, create communication strategy, and consult on organizational inclusion.  He has also utilized his expertise in education working for both EdWeek and Classroom Champions.

At CAA, Andy optimized partnerships between nationally recognized non-profits and the entertainment industry as a Social Impact Executive.  Andy also founded a mental health start-up which earned a finalist spot in the Harvard Business School New Venture Competition.  Recognized as a leader in the social impact space, Andy has spoken at various conferences and organizations on a variety of topics, including: defining and measuring impact, rethinking masculinity, mental health, and corporate culture. He holds his B.A. in Psychology from Georgetown University and his Ed.M in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
