Who we serve

  • Families, couples, and adult children navigating mental health crises, loss, or suicidal thoughts
  • Therapy supports all family members, including those grieving a loved one who died by suicide
  • Crisis Counseling services are currently available only to California residents

What to expect

  1. First Session: A supportive introductory meeting where you’ll be heard in a compassionate, non-judgmental environment.
  2. Assessment: Together, we’ll explore your family’s needs, strengths, and goals.
  3. Treatment Planning: We’ll co-create a family-centered therapy plan, helping everyone better understand and support one another.
  4. Safety and Support: If thoughts of suicide are present, we’ll build customized safety plans—hospitalization is always a last resort.

We conduct both in-person sessions (LA and Orange Counties) and telehealth sessions across California
