A long-standing program for women

Via Avanta, located in Pacoima, California, is a 40-bed residential rehabilitation program for women, including those who are pregnant or parenting. While all women are welcome, children up to age six can live onsite with their mothers during treatment. Our six-month to one-year program offers a safe, supportive community where you can recover from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges while learning skills that prepare you for a healthier, more independent future.

For more than 30 years, Via Avanta—translated from Spanish as “the way forward”—has been a haven for women overcoming addiction, trauma, domestic violence, poverty, and homelessness. Here, you’ll find respect, dignity, and hope as you take the next steps in recovery.
