What is FSP?

FSP is a high‑level, wraparound mental health program that provides individualized care for people at risk of hospitalization, incarceration, or out‑of‑home placement due to severe mental health or behavioral concerns.

  • Structure: Services are delivered in homes, schools, workplaces, and other community settings, allowing clients to receive care where they live, learn, and interact.
  • Purpose: FSP aims to stabilize individuals with serious mental health needs while helping them build long-term skills for recovery, resilience, and independence.
  • Suitability: These services support children, teens, and adults who require intensive, coordinated care, including therapy, case management, medication support, and housing assistance.

Who can benefit?

  • Adults living with serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression—particularly those experiencing repeated hospitalizations, homelessness, or involvement with the justice system. FSP may include therapy, medication management, housing support, rehabilitation services, and coordinated care delivered at home, work, or community locations.
  • Children and teens (ages 0–15) experiencing significant emotional or behavioral challenges that put them at risk of hospitalization or foster care placement. FSP provides family-centered care, including therapy, medication support, school-based interventions, behavioral coaching, and services to strengthen relationships and improve functioning at home and school.

These services are offered to qualified children and adults through Full Service Partnership (FSP).
