Support for Your Well-Being
Mental health challenges touch every part of life, from our relationships to daily responsibilities. At Didi Hirsch, we provide compassionate, expert care for children, teens, and adults through outpatient clinics and residential programs. Our goal is to help people feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward with resilience.

At Didi Hirsch, we understand that mental health is connected to every aspect of life including work, relationship, housing, and daily stress. Whether someone is navigating a specific challenge or looking for ongoing support, our care is designed to meet people where they are and help them move forward. We provide outpatient mental health services and medication support that include individual and group therapy, job readiness programs, and referrals for housing, medical care, in-home assistance, case management, and benefits support. When a child is struggling emotionally or behaviorally, it can be hard for families to know where to turn. Our child and family clinics in South Los Angeles, Metro, Glendale, and Inglewood provide outpatient mental health services for children and teens from birth through age 21, as well as their families. Bilingual therapists provide individual, group, and family therapy, as well as help with case management, parenting support, and medication when needed. Services are available at our clinics, in the home, or through phone and video sessions. Learn More

Mental health is just as essential to student success as academics. That’s why we bring therapy and support directly to schools in the communities we serve. Therapists from our four child and family clinics provide school-based services on campuses in nearby neighborhoods. They work closely with students, families, and educators to offer counseling, crisis support, and tools to manage emotions and build resilience. We partner with five public school districts, five charter organizations, and individual charter schools across Los Angeles County. Learn More

Our Third Place is a drop-in wellness center for young people ages 15 to 25. It offers free, trauma-informed support in a space that’s welcoming, inclusive, and youth-driven. Visitors can access therapy, case management, creative workshops, hot meals, laundry and showers, and help with life skills like cooking, job readiness, and transportation. Whether you’re looking for mental health support or just a safe place to relax and recharge, you’ll find caring adults and a strong sense of community here. Learn More

When people are experiencing a mental health crisis, finding care that feels safe, timely, and supportive can be challenging. Our residential treatment programs provide stabilization and support in a home-like setting where clients can receive therapy and begin planning for what comes next. These programs also help people connect with long-term care and a community to support their recovery. Learn More
