A place to heal. A place to find hope.

Suicide Prevention Counseling Center

The Suicide Prevention Counseling Center (SPCC) is a place where healing continues beyond the immediate crisis. We provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services for people affected by suicide, grief and loss, trauma, and other life-changing events. Whether you’re navigating suicidal thoughts, recovering after a suicide attempt, or coping with the loss of a loved one, our team is here to help you find support, healing, and hope.

If you’re looking for one-on-one care, connection with others who understand, or support for your family, our experienced team is here to help you take the next step toward healing.

Individual therapy

Meet one-on-one with a specialized mental health professional in a safe, supportive environment. Individual therapy provides personalized care to help you process your experiences, build coping skills, and move toward healing at your own pace.

Family & group therapy

Healing doesn't have to happen alone. Family therapy strengthens communication and support, while therapist-led groups offer opportunities to connect with others facing similar challenges in a guided, therapeutic setting.
