Support that adapts to your needs
Didi Hirsch offers a full continuum of outpatient mental health services designed to support adults at every stage of need, from early symptoms to long-term recovery. Whether you’re experiencing mild stress or managing a serious mental health condition, our programs provide personalized care that meets you where you are.
We offer services in English, Spanish, and Armenian, and our team includes licensed therapists, case managers, psychiatrists, and peer support specialists. Many of our services are delivered in community settings, including homes, hospitals, shelters, and courts, to make care more accessible and effective.
Short-term care for lifelong wellness
Starting therapy for the first time can feel overwhelming. Our PEI program offers adults with mild or emerging mental health challenges a safe place to begin. With short-term counseling, medication support if needed, and a focus on developing coping skills toward lasting wellness.
Support for complex mental health needs
These services are designed for adults facing complex challenges like schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and severe depression, especially those with histories of hospitalization, incarceration, or homelessness. Care is provided in the community with wraparound services tailored to each person’s goals.
Peer-led healing for Armenian communities
Armunity is a community-based mental health program for Armenian adults and families. Services are delivered by bilingual staff who understand the unique needs and experiences of the Armenian community.
